What Customers Say About Linksys by Cisco PLUSB10 Instant PowerLine USB Adapter:

It does a great job but installing the software and getting it to work are VERY difficult. There are much better solutions than this.Netgear and IOGear come to mind.
No success but don't feel bad.I tried three others including an Apple Express - all chocked somewhere in the configuration or network niceness. Thought I could use the product to run a printer on a network without the ethernet.
Mike I tested the device and it worked as specified. I purchased it to demonstrate Ethernet Over Powerline.
It was easy to install and I would tell anyone to give this a try if you don't want to run a 50 ft cable threw your house or feel uneasy about wireless. Once again The adapter and the bridge from Linksys work great.
I have has these adapters for around 1-2yrs and niether one of my computers ever had a problem with them. I have one computer that has Winme and the other that has XP.
